Mapping out a successful future.

A FIRST-PERSON APPROACH
Current research shows that individuals experiences challenges from race, culture, disability, and language when navigating the workforce. Lacking an understanding of career opportunities, skills, and resources, such youth continue to be in risk of economic security for the future. We are dedicated to addressing this long-standing gap.

By aiming to increase knowledge and understanding, CNS takes a person-first approach, allowing underrepresented youth that are dually oppressed to learn. This person-first approach allows us to understand barriers that can impact the career journey. We support youth in navigating those barriers through connecting them community resources and support.
