Promoting collaborative mentorship.

BRINGING THE VILLAGE BACK

Barriers that include limited access and resources, as well as racial, cultural and disability, all impact and create challenges when navigating workforce. CNS works together with several entities and organizations to help prepare and guide youth on their journey toward success. We aim to partner and collaborate with organizations to ensure a team approach is used when working with underrepresented youth with oppressive barriers, because we believe that it truly takes a village.
